Chaoshan Snacks
Hey so we got our new teachers (nearly lost one, but he was bright enough to make his own way into town). Last week we took them for a quick tour of town, and went to a pretty famous Chaoshan snacks place, photos beneath. The main thing to remember is that it looks like fat but it’s NOT, it’s rice.
Address: 金凤坛再过去一点 Jinfengtan, a bit past.
The snacks we ate: haoguew豪果,五果汤,无米果

I am looking for private transport from Xiamen Airport to Shantou and for a driver to take us around Shantou during our stay. Do you know of such service provider?
Really? Well you can hire a taxi… but I think it’ll be very expensive. Another option is to get a flight from Xiamen to Shantou. Or, catch the bus, of which there are many.
As for drivers while you’re in Shantou, you’ll need to hire a private driver - there are no companies. I shall be in touch.
