The Wine Cellar 名壮酒业
Was on my bike the other day and I came across a new wine bar, it’s called the Wine Cellar, it’s on the tree-lined avenue near LA Bar - the one between that collection of bars and Jinhuan Road. The one that leads to Channel Five and Old Place bars.
The selection is wider than Aussino - more countries (Italy, France, S.Africa, California, Australia main ones I remember), and I don’t think as expensive.
Lovely girl on the till.

Is it a bar or just a shop?
Both, it’s a shop and there’s a lounge upstairs.
I should try it out when I go back next time. Had been to many teahouse, but never been a wine bar, well maybe because I was too young to go when I was there.
Been to this place for a look after seeing this column. Great place but it was quite quiet went I went there around 8pm on one of the weekday. The menu shows that they also serve some light meals at prices around RMB50 if I did not remember wrongly. Din eat nor drink there that day as I just had my meal.
