The 13th Chaoshan Food Festival

The 13th Chaoshan Food Festival will be held in Time Square on November 23th, 2007, according to the Shantou Metropolis (汕头都市报). 80 to 100 hotels and restraurants in Shantou to take part in this festival and will display their best thirteen foods at their stalls. Most of these foods will be seafood and poultry. In addition to the Chaoshan food, the festival will also include cuisine from north China.
